JTS Stainless Steel Customs is a family-owned commercial fitout manufacturer in New South Wales. Since 1970 we've designed, fabricated and installed stainless steel fitouts for cafes, restaurants, takeaway shops, food trucks and trailers.
We kept manufacturing in-house on purpose. Every bench, bar, sink, fridge and shelf we supply is made in our own workshop, by our own tradespeople, to measurements we took ourselves.
That's slower to scale and harder to run than outsourcing. It's also why we can change a dimension on Tuesday and still install on Friday, and why there's one team accountable from quote to installation.
